SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Speed & Agility
This training is specific to your sport and will help improve speed, change of direction, decision-making, jump mechanics, and conditioning. Proper movements to promote injury prevention are incorporated. Offered for teams, small groups, or individuals. $20/person (with an $80 minimum).

Running/
Gait Analysis
Receive professional analysis of your running form, including the characteristics of your gait that may be leading to your injury/pain. You will receive instruction on how to safely and effectively modify your gait and properly strengthen through an individualized run/exercise program that you can perform at home.

Injury Prevention
Dr. Anna will provide you/your team with exercises promoting injury prevention. These are exercises you can easily incorporate into your practices (or perform after). You will be given short weekly video demonstrations with the option of having Anna physically present at your practice to assist players and coaches. Exercises increase in difficulty each week.

ACL Return To Play
This is a 6 week program that helps those recovering from ACL or other lower extremity surgery feel confident returning to sports. Each week builds off the previous week and incorporates functional movements like sprinting, cutting, and jumping under the guidance of a DPT. Once/week for 6 weeks. *See our camps!
Recovery
Enjoy the benefits of professional-level recovery to ensure you are ready for your next competition or event. This can be done through purchasing a single recovery session or packages that include Normatech boots, heated cupping, and more.
