ACL OR LEG INJURY
RETURN TO SPORT CAMP
This camp is designed to gradually progress those with ACL tears or other injuries back to their sport during the last phases of rehab. Most athletes finish rehab and still aren't fully confident sprinting, jumping, changing direction, and reacting to game-speed movements. These sessions, guided by a doctor of physical therapy, will help progress each athlete from where they're at to where they need to be in order to feel confident and ready stepping back on the field.
